Responsibilities

personnel management and distribution of tasks between units
Planning and Control of Military and Special Training
maintaining military discipline and internal order
control of readiness of personnel, equipment and property to perform certain tasks
maintaining the proper moral and psychological state of military personnel
organization of professional development and improvement of personnel training

officer military rank and corresponding military accounting specialty
experience in military service and personnel management is mandatory
experience in command of the unit will be an advantage
planning, coordination and decision-making skills
knowledge of the requirements of military regulations and the procedure for organizing the service
responsibility, discipline and initiative
ability to work effectively under high load conditions
readiness for service under an infantry assault contract
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC

stable financial support from UAH 50,000 to 345,000 (depending on the position, place of service and performance of combat missions)
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
providing the necessary weapons, equipment, means of communication and military property
opportunity to undergo military and special training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
one-time payment upon signing the first contract 25 000 UAH

support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
