Responsibilities
- management of the unit, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation
- providing the company with weapons, equipment and ammunition, monitoring their serviceability
- training of subordinates, motivation, support of moral and psychological state and adherence to the statutory discipline
- responsibility for the preservation of life, health of fighters and the organization of their life
- liaising with senior commanders and reporting on the state of affairs in their unit
Requirements
- the rank of officer
- higher education degree
- ability to work in a team and perform tasks in a high-performance environment
- responsibility and discipline
- fitness for military service for health reasons
- availability of a detailed resume
