Responsibilities
- personnel management of the motorized infantry department
- organization and control of the tasks
- distribution of responsibilities between military personnel of the department
- organization of combat and special training of personnel
- control of readiness of weapons, equipment and equipment
- maintaining military discipline and combat readiness of the department
- management of personnel actions during the performance of tasks
- interaction with the platoon commander and other units
- control of compliance with security measures
- care about the moral and psychological state of personnel
Requirements
- sergeant rank or readiness for appointment to a sergeant position
- experience in military service - desirable
- experience in motorized infantry or mechanized units will be an advantage
- leadership and organizational qualities
- responsibility, discipline and stress resistance
- ability to make decisions and effectively manage personnel
- readiness for intensive combat training
- readiness for service under an Infantry Assault Contract or transfer through the Army+
- fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
