Responsibilities

support of the personnel of the battery, weapons and equipment in constant combat readiness
conducting classes on combat training and management of training of ordinary personnel with the personnel of the battery, conducted by division commanders (gun commanders), keeping records of combat training
knowledge of battery tactics in various types of combat and battery management during combat missions
thorough knowledge and possession of all types of battery weapons and equipment, proper storage, operation, maintenance and personal verification of their combat readiness
continuous improvement of their professional and methodological skills, providing subordinates with an example of exemplary performance of military duty

the rank of officer
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
willingness to constantly learn and develop
high level of self-discipline and sufficient level of stress resistance
sufficient level of communication skills, organizational skills, ability to work in a team and present the results of work
