Responsibilities

personnel management and unit motivation
full compliance with military discipline, monitoring the state of discipline in the unit
maintenance and maintenance of the proper condition of material resources and armament of the department
monitoring the moral and psychological state of the unit
control of mortar fire during combat operations
execution of orders of the leaders regarding fire training and support of the unit

age from 18 years

suitability for military service

the desire to devote himself to service in the army and the fight for the security of the country
desire to acquire new knowledge and skills
ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities and motivation to perform combat missions
experience in military service and the presence of a sergeant / officer rank are required

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the commander
position of officer staff
Compulsory training in basic combined arms training
military support and social guarantees in accordance with the legislation
support at the stage of passing the RTCC and VLC
attracting candidates with combat experience in 2014-2024 directly to the unit without passing the BZVP (if desired), if necessary, professional training is guaranteed
