Responsibilities
- the Command of Mortar Platoon
- planning and setting goals, implementing measures to coordinate fire support
- preparation of positions for maneuvering and maintaining personnel
- conducting platoon training in fire training and tactical and special exercises
- constant maintenance of weapons, equipment and ammunition in combat readiness
- providing the unit with weapons and necessary resources
- command and control of personnel of mortar platoon and performance of combat missions
- Respect for your commanders and personnel
Requirements
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- leadership skills, physical endurance and moral resilience
- responsibility, discipline, willingness to constantly learn and develop
- high level of motivation and desire to develop
- readiness to perform assigned tasks
