Responsibilities
- Observance of Military Discipline
- command of mortar crew and coordination of its actions
- organization and conduct of mortar fire on enemy targets
- calculation of initial data for shooting
- control of the technical condition of the mortar, ammunition and equipment
- ensuring compliance with security measures by personnel
- training and training of subordinates
- interaction with commanders of adjacent units and fire spotters
- execution of orders of the highest command
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- fitness for military service for health reasons
- leadership and organizational skills
- ability to make quick decisions under stress
- knowledge of mortar weapons will be an advantage
- experience in military service in command positions (desirable, but not necessary)
- responsibility, discipline, high level of motivation
- readiness for military service under contract or mobilization
- ability to work in conditions of increased physical and psychological stress
- readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone
