Responsibilities
- control of mortar fire during combat operations
- control of mortar and ammunition condition
- execution of command orders for fire training and support of the unit
- continuous improvement of professional skills and knowledge
- performance of combat tasks in the direction of
- interaction with the platoon commander
- control and control of the work of subordinates who serve mortar and ammunition, are engaged in engineering equipment and mortar camouflage
- conducting tactical calculations and analysis of enemy actions
- establishing communication in the team
- compliance with regulations and military discipline
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- ability to make managerial decisions
- ability to work in a team and manage subordinates
- timely performance of duties and tasks
- leadership and communication skills
- continuous improvement of professional skills and knowledge
- compliance with subordination in communication with the leadership
