Responsibilities
- control of mortar fire during combat operations
- organization and support of the mortar platoon
- execution of orders of the management regarding fire training and fire support of the unit
Requirements
- the post of sergeant
- knowledge of the principles of operation of mortars and the basics of shooting
- responsibility and ability to make quick and informed decisions
- Ability to work under high stress and responsibility
- ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures
