Responsibilities
- control of mortar fire during combat operations
- control of mortar and ammunition condition
- conducting tactical calculations and analysis of enemy actions
- establishing communication in the team
- performance of combat tasks in the direction of
- organization of the department
- interaction with the platoon commander
- continuous improvement of professional skills and knowledge
- documentation management: planning, accounting, reporting
Requirements
- ability to make managerial decisions
- knowledge of the principles of operation of mortars and the basics of shooting
- age from 18 years
- ability to comply with subordination in communication with management
- timely performance of duties and tasks
- ability to work in a team and manage subordinates
- fitness for service for health and moral qualities
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- ability to make informed decisions
