Responsibilities
- personnel management and unit motivation
- observance of military discipline and control over the state of discipline in the unit
- maintenance and maintenance of the proper condition of material resources and armament of the department
- control over the moral and psychological state of the unit
- control of mortar fire during combat operations
- execution of command orders for fire training and fire support of the unit
- performance of combat missions as part of the unit, in particular, in the combat zone
- compliance with the requirements of statutes and discipline
Requirements
- fitness for service for health and moral qualities
- desire to constantly learn and improve their skills
- age from 18 years
- physical endurance and no contraindications to military service
- the ability to work collectively and fulfill combat orders of command
- ability to make decisions in stressful situations
