performance of combat missions as part of the unit
platoon control during combat missions
knowledge of platoon tactics in various types of combat
training and training of personnel
support of combat readiness of weapons, equipment, equipment and ammunition
education, moral and psychological support and control of subordinate servicemen
learning and improving your own skills
observance of military discipline and execution of combat orders

the Military Unit
mobilization until the end of the legal regime of martial law or contract service
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
guaranteed involvement in the selected position
full-fledged material and food security
social guarantees: medical care, vacations, long service payments
cash allowance from UAH 52,000 to 460,000, depending on the zone of service and performance of combat missions
