Responsibilities
- personnel management of mechanized platoon
- planning and organization of combat operations of the unit
- maintenance of combat readiness of weapons and equipment
- organization of combat training of personnel
- control of discipline and moral and psychological state of military personnel
- maintenance of official documentation and reporting
- interaction with other units during combat missions
Requirements
- officer rank or the possibility of obtaining a primary officer rank
- higher education (military or civil)
- leadership and organizational skills
- responsibility and discipline
- physical endurance and psychological stability
- readiness for contract service
- fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
