Responsibilities

command of the personnel of the machine gun platoon
organization of combat and professional training of military personnel
planning and coordination of the platoon's tasks
management of personnel actions during the performance of tasks
control of readiness and technical condition of machine-gun armament
maintaining military discipline and proper moral and psychological state of personnel
interaction with commanders of other units
maintenance of official documentation within the competence

sergeant rank or the possibility of appointment to a sergeant position
experience in military service and command of the unit will be an advantage
knowledge of tactics and principles of use of machine-gun weapons
leadership and organizational qualities
good physical preparation
responsibility, discipline and stress resistance
ability to make decisions and effectively manage personnel
readiness for service under an Infantry Assault Contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
