Responsibilities

responsibility for the combat readiness of the platoon, combat training, education, military discipline and moral and psychological state of the personnel of the platoon
responsibility for the condition and preservation of weapons, ammunition, equipment and other platoon property
responsibility for the successful performance of combat missions by a platoon
support in combat readiness of weapons, equipment and ammunition
maintenance of official documentation in accordance with current charters

experience in military service will be an advantage
experience in a similar position or service in engineering departments
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
availability of officer rank from junior lieutenant to senior lieutenant
responsibility and discipline

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security from UAH 30,000 + bonuses depending on the area of tasks
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
