Engineer Platoon Commander

Responsibilities

personnel management of the engineering platoon
planning and organization of the platoon
setting tasks for subordinate personnel and monitoring their implementation
control of the training of military personnel to perform engineering tasks
control of serviceability and completeness of engineering equipment, machinery and property
organization of compliance with safety requirements during engineering works
maintaining the necessary official and accounting documentation
interaction with commanders of other units and support services
participation in military, engineering and special training
performance of other tasks within the official duties

officer rank or readiness to serve in an officer position
higher education – preferably engineering or military
experience in military service and work in engineering units will be an advantage
organizational and leadership skills
attentiveness, discipline and psychological stability
ability to make decisions and work effectively in a team
readiness for military and special training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
providing the necessary engineering equipment, equipment, gear and means of protection
the opportunity to undergo specialized engineering, military and special training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
payment of annual assistance for health improvement in the amount of monthly financial support
one-time payment at the first conclusion of the contract from 27,000 to 33,000 hryvnias, depending on the military rank
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15,000,000
opportunity for training, advanced training and professional development
support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
stable financial support from UAH 51,000 to 125,000 (depending on the conditions of service and performance of tasks)
