Commander of the gun

Responsibilities

management of the gun crew
preparation for combat shooting, guidance and execution of fire missions
organization of maintenance, camouflage and technical condition of the gun
reporting and control of ammunition
interaction with the platoon/battery commander
ensuring coordinated actions of the crew during fire raids, maneuvers or evacuation

knowledge of the principles of gun operation and shooting rules
skills of management of subordinates, rapid orientation in changing combat conditions
experience in artillery positions (gunner, loader, driver, etc.)
knowledge of modern digital guidance and surveillance systems will be an advantage
responsibility, leadership qualities, endurance

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
monetary support in accordance with the current legislation, depending on the previous service, assigned tasks and place of service
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
guaranteed annual paid basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
qualified support at all stages of mobilization or transfer before taking office
