Commander of the gun

Responsibilities

organization of the work of the gun crew (loader, gunner, crew)
control of combat missions and coordination of actions in combat conditions
determination of target coordinates using modern guidance systems
artillery fire adjustment
control of the technical condition of the gun, optics and other equipment
organization of regular maintenance to ensure readiness
conducting training of personnel on accurate guidance and performance of combat missions
maintaining the combat readiness of the calculation in difficult situations

military experience (preferably in artillery units or airborne troops)
knowledge of gun design and calculation methods for firing
ability to work with topographic maps and guidance devices
leadership skills, responsibility, discipline
quick response to changes and the ability to make decisions in combat conditions
high level of physical endurance and readiness for service in the field

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security from UAH 23,000 to UAH123,000, depending on completed tasks and instructions
social guarantees, provision of property and necessary equipment
guaranteed annual basic leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of obtaining additional leave for family reasons
support in a friendly team of motivated, active, initiative warriors and adequate commanders
registration of UBD status and other advantages
