Responsibilities
- gun calculation control
- execution of fire missions
- proper functioning and maintenance of the gun
- keeping weapons and military equipment in constant combat readiness
- development and implementation of tactical plans
- planning and conducting training to increase combat readiness
- support and development of team spirit and unit unity
- compliance with the rules of discipline and subordination
- performing other tasks related to the duties of the gun commander
Requirements
- knowledge of tactics and strategy of combat operations
- ability to lead a unit to perform combat missions
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- confident communication skills
- responsibility and ability to make quick and informed decisions
- Ability to work under high stress and responsibility
- ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures
