Responsibilities
- organization of the work of the gun crew (loader, gunner, service number)
- preparation for combat shooting, guidance and execution of fire missions
- determination of target coordinates using modern guidance systems
- conducting and adjusting artillery fire
- control of the technical condition of the gun, optics and other equipment
- organization of regular maintenance to ensure readiness
Requirements
- knowledge of gun design and calculation methods
- ability to work with topographic maps and guidance devices
- ability to work with communication means, modern digital guidance and surveillance systems will be an advantage
- ability to quickly conduct calculations and adjust fire control
- combat experience, skills in managing subordinates, leadership qualities
- ability to make decisions in combat conditions, communication skills, ability to work in a team
