Responsibilities

command of the crew during the preparation and execution of combat missions
planning routes, assigning roles and setting tasks for crew members
control of the readiness of technical means, equipment and communication channels before departure
decision-making on the tactics of the task depending on the situation on the ground
analysis of the results of completed missions and preparation of recommendations for improving efficiency
interaction with adjacent units and the command post during tasks

experience of combat use of LCC or any system of unmanned systems is mandatory
crew experience and understanding of well-coordinated interaction
the ability to make independent decisions in conditions of limited time and increased load
experience in command of a unit or crew in combat conditions will be an advantage
certification of the LDC operator will be an advantage
the presence of a sergeant rank from a junior sergeant and above
absence of alcohol and drug addiction

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
