Responsibilities

crew management and responsibility for the performance of assigned tasks
monitoring the moral and psychological state of subordinates and its support
ensuring constant combat readiness of the crew
maintenance of equipment and facilities in proper condition
coordination of crew actions during combat work
transmission of coordinates, targeting and operational information to subordinate and management units
organization of preparation of NRC for departure and execution of logistic, evacuation and combat tasks

high level of discipline, responsibility and leadership skills
knowledge of the technical characteristics of the LDC and the ability to respond quickly to malfunctions
ability to work with communication, navigation and surveillance systems
attention to detail and ability to work in a team
confident use of PC and specialized software
stress resistance, endurance and readiness to work in the conditions of the combat zone
skills of crew management and organization of combat work

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from UAH 25,000 to UAH 125,000, depending on the tasks and place of service
provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment and proper nutrition
regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills
guaranteed annual leave and additional 10-day leave for family reasons
