Responsibilities
- organization of work of the UAV crew
- distribution of tasks among crew members
- control of the readiness of the unmanned complex and equipment
- organization of crew training to perform assigned tasks
- control of the technical condition of UAVs and related equipment
- coordination of the work of operators and other crew members
- maintaining the necessary official documentation
- interaction with the command and other units
- maintaining discipline and coherence of crew work
- control of the preservation of assigned property and equipment
Requirements
- experience in military service will be an advantage
- experience with UAVs — desirable
- experience in managing or organizing the work of the crew of unmanned systems will be an advantage
- technical literacy and confident use of digital devices
- leadership qualities and ability to organize the work of the team
- attentiveness, responsibility and discipline
- ability to make quick decisions and act under stress
- good physical fitness and endurance
- readiness for intensive military and special training
- readiness for service under a Combat Contract or transfer through the Army+
- fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
