Responsibilities

organization of crew work and distribution of responsibilities among its members
control of personnel training to perform assigned tasks
checking the technical condition of the unmanned aviation complex and complete equipment
coordination of the work of operators and other crew members
control of accounting for the use of equipment, technical condition and work performed
participation in training, training and improvement of professional training of the crew
performance of other tasks within the official duties

experience with unmanned aerial systems will be an advantage
experience in military service or team management will be an advantage
understanding of the principles of operation and rules of operation of unmanned aerial systems
skills in organizing the work of personnel and monitoring the implementation of tasks
technical literacy and the ability to quickly master new equipment
responsibility, discipline and attention to detail
readiness for military and special training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
providing the necessary equipment, means of communication and tools to perform official duties
opportunity to undergo specialized military and technical training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care in military medical institutions
payment of annual assistance for health improvement in the amount of monthly financial support
one-time payment at the first conclusion of the contract — 25 000 UAH
