Responsibilities

command of the combat vehicle crew
organization of coordinated work of the crew
control of the actions of the crew during the execution of tasks
control of the technical condition and readiness of the combat vehicle
organization of maintenance and training of weapons
control of the availability and serviceability of the assigned property
maintaining military discipline and training of crew personnel
interaction with the platoon commander and other crews
compliance with safety requirements during the operation of equipment and weapons

sergeant rank or readiness for appointment to a sergeant position
experience in military service - desirable
experience in service in mechanized units or working with military equipment will be an advantage
knowledge of the structure and principles of operation of the combat vehicle
leadership and organizational qualities
good physical fitness and endurance
responsibility, discipline and stress resistance
ability to make decisions and work as part of the crew
readiness for service under a Combat Contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
