Battery Control and Artillery Reconnaissance

Responsibilities

receiving a task, analyzing the situation, determining measures for immediate implementation and organizing the unit's preparation for hostilities
responsibility for collecting and analyzing intelligence information about the enemy, the coordinates of the combat order and means of artillery reconnaissance
ensuring effective command, distribution of tasks among personnel and control over the execution of orders
organization of cooperation with combined arms units, headquarters and other artillery units
control of availability of ammunition, technical condition of weapons and means of communication
conducting training, training activities and live firing to increase the combat capability of the battery

practical experience in commanding artillery units, knowledge of combat tactics
high level of physical fitness, ability to work in extreme conditions
ability to make decisions under stress, responsibility for personnel
organization of hostilities, coordination of the work of the unit, interaction with other military units
possession of modern means of artillery reconnaissance, fire control
ability to effectively convey orders, work with subordinates and high command

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
providing everything necessary to perform work tasks
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation: annual leave of 30 calendar days, medical, technical and material support
