Responsibilities

support platoon personnel, weapons and equipment in constant combat readiness
conducting with the personnel of the platoon of classes on combat training and management of training of ordinary personnel, conducted by commanders of departments (gun commanders), keeping records of combat training of the platoon
constant awareness of platoon tactics in various types of combat and platoon control during combat missions
proper storage, operation, maintenance and personal check of combat readiness of weapons and platoon equipment
continuous improvement of their professional and methodological skills, providing subordinates with an example of exemplary performance of military duty

age from 22 years
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
perfect knowledge and possession of all types of weapons and equipment of the platoon
higher education degree
willingness to constantly learn and develop
rank of officer (VOS-030400-030600)

official mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the place of service
social benefits according to the current legislation: annual leave - 30 calendar days, family leave - up to 10 calendar days per year, medical care
