Responsibilities
- Command of the personnel of the platoon
- planning and organization of firing positions
- fire control: obtaining coordinates, calculation of data for shooting, accuracy control
- interaction with intelligence, spotters and headquarters
- ensuring camouflage, change of position and survival of the unit
- control of the technical condition of artillery systems
- conducting exercises and training of subordinate personnel
Requirements
- knowledge of ballistics and principles of artillery fire
- leadership skills and ability to manage people
- stress resistance and ability to make decisions under pressure
- ability to work with maps, coordinates, navigation systems
- combat experience, skills in working with digital fire control systems will be an advantage
- understanding the operation of UAVs and fire adjustment
