Responsibilities

development and implementation of an integrated strategy for the development of partnerships and external communications in accordance with the mission and goals of the service; identification of priority areas of cooperation
coordination of the work of the team / processes in the direction of partnerships and external communications, distribution of tasks, control of implementation, development of competencies of subordinates
search, involvement and long-term support of key partners (companies, foundations, influencers, individual donors, communities), building strategic alliances
conducting important negotiations with partners
control of the preparation of official information and fundraising materials (letters, presentations, reports), ensuring uniform standards of communication of the unit
creating, coordinating and maintaining a database of partner contacts in the CRM system, ensuring regular and high-quality reporting to partners
organization of launch, administration and analysis of the effectiveness of fundraising to support the unit, identification of problem areas and implementation of solutions to improve them
organization and holding of events/events to promote meetings, find new partnerships and the unit as a whole

higher education degree
2 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, public relations or project management
proven experience in team management and process coordination
strong negotiation, public, oral and written communication skills, information structuring
fluency in Ukrainian and English at the level of business correspondence and negotiations will be an advantage
high analytical, strategic and organizational skills
responsibility, initiative, leadership skills and attention to detail

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from UAH 50,000 according to military rank and salary
guaranteed enrollment in the appropriate unit
annual leave, social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation
service at the place of execution of tasks by appointment
