Head of Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

formation and implementation of the brigade's digital transformation strategy
management of a team of specialists in the field (analysts, engineers, project managers)
coordination of the implementation of information systems and UPC in departments
task setting, execution control, priority management
interaction with headquarters, unit commanders and external IT partners
Directly managing budget and resources
building documentation, reporting and analytics processes
team development and training, mentoring

more than 1 year of managerial experience (in IT or related fields) or military experience in personnel management
experience in implementing projects or initiatives with responsibility for the result
skills in planning, setting tasks and monitoring implementation
ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty
developed communication skills and discussion moderation
basic understanding of the IT systems lifecycle
readiness to take responsibility for the direction
higher education (IT, cybersecurity, automation, management, communications) is desirable
Understanding Agile / Scrum / Kanban
use of Jira, Confluence or analogues
Work with M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel/Power BI)
certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, NATO Digital Transformation courses
experience of service in management bodies (headquarters) or in the field of automation / communication (will be an advantage)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security 55 000 – 80 000 UAH depending on the area of tasks execution
