Responsibilities

development and implementation of the battalion's media strategy, setting tasks for the team, monitoring results
organization of group work: distribution of roles (operator, SMM, editor), formation of effective interaction, training and development of subordinates
direct departure to the location (in the rear) together with the operator, conducting interviews with soldiers
establishing interaction with civilian media and military reporters
monitoring the effectiveness of publications, preparation of analytical reports for the command, proposals for improving media work

experience in the field of media, communications, journalism or SMM (managing experience will be an advantage)
ability to work with strategies, plan and think ahead, see the whole picture
ability to organize a team: set tasks, control execution, motivate
readiness to work in the area of performing the tasks of the unit (without going to the contact line)
complete secondary or higher education (humanitarian, journalistic, managerial specialties will be an advantage)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security from 20,000 + additional payments up to 30,000 hryvnia, depending on the conditions of service
material support: issuance of uniforms, shoes and equipment in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces
medical care: free treatment in military and state medical institutions
