Responsibilities
- coordination of fire, reconnaissance, UAV, evacuation
- crew control in live mode
- constant situational awareness
- maintaining communication with pilots, adjacent and senior CPs
- filtering information and report to the commander only critical
- strict adherence to the secrecy regime
- work in situational awareness programs (Delta and others)
Requirements
- the Ukrainocentric view
- the Officer
- zero tolerance to alcohol, drugs and online gambling
- resistance to stress
- experience in command and control of attack or reconnaissance UAVs will be an advantage (we are ready to consider candidates from the soldier/sergeant staff)
What We Offer
- cash allowance from UAH 30,000 to UAH 130,000, depending on the position, conditions of service and performance of combat missions
- basic leave - 30 calendar days a year, combatants - another 15 days (for consideration by the commander) + 10 days for family reasons
- mobilization until the end of martial law or a combat contract for 24 months
- the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
- possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
