Responsibilities
- promoting the development of personal and collective moral qualities of personnel
- establishing interaction with representatives of religious organizations operating in the places of deployment of the military unit, in the interests of meeting the spiritual and religious needs of servicemen and members of their families
- participation in the rehabilitation of personnel in need of psychological assistance
- the Command for Religious Affairs
Requirements
- availability of higher theological education
- clergyman of a religious organization registered in Ukraine
- the presence of a mandate from the governing center (management) of the relevant religious organization for the right to carry out military chaplaincy activities
- the rank of officer
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
- service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher education institutions, training centers, etc.
- cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
- full food, clothing, medical support, provision of personal protective equipment
- guaranteed leave of up to 30 calendar days per year (under martial law) and an additional 10 calendar days in case of family circumstances
