Responsibilities

control over the implementation of legislation and internal regulations of the military unit
conducting official and special investigations
providing consultations on military law to the personnel of the military unit
legal support in the investigation of events and cases requiring legal intervention
development and analysis of legal documents, ensuring their compliance with current legislation
preparation of draft orders
providing answers to citizens' appeals, lawyer's requests, requests from law enforcement and other state bodies
preparation of legal documents: reports, certificates, orders, accompanying documentation

higher legal education

knowledge and ability to work with a PC (MS Office programs: Word, Excel)
knowledge of military legislation
experience in the field of jurisprudence from 3 years
availability of officer rank
experience in the field of law (service in the Armed Forces or civil service will be an advantage)
