Responsibilities
- conducting legal examinations of documents
- development and analysis of legal documents, ensuring their compliance with current legislation
- legal support in the investigation of events and cases requiring legal intervention
- providing answers to citizens' appeals, lawyer's requests, requests from law enforcement and other state bodies
- interaction with other departments to obtain the necessary information
- preparation of legal documents, including contracts, petitions, applications, etc.
Requirements
- higher legal education
- responsibility and discipline
- communication skills, compliance with the requirements of charters and discipline
- availability of officer rank
- experience in the field of law (service in the Armed Forces or civil service will be an advantage)
