Responsibilities

preparation of legal documents: reports, certificates, orders, accompanying documentation
processing of written appeals, preparation of responses to requests received by the social work department
ensuring compliance of decisions and actions of the command with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine
conducting official investigations in accordance with current legislation and internal regulations
advising military personnel and their family members on social and legal protection issues

experience in the field of law (service in the Armed Forces or civil service will be an advantage)
higher education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or International Law
ability to work in conditions of limited time and increased load
discipline, integrity and empathy
skills in working with regulatory documents

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the tasks and place of service
possible performance of duties in the combat zone, in accordance with the tasks and requirements of the position
free treatment and rehabilitation; access to educational materials and programs
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
