Engineer for the implementation of IT systems

Responsibilities

implementation of IT products in brigade units (from pre-deployment to hand-over)
collecting user needs, preparing a description of technical tasks
product task queue management, prioritization
participation in functional and acceptance testing
description of errors and incidents, their transfer to developers
interaction with end users and technical support services
collecting feedback and maintaining the relevance of the product backlog
maintaining compliance with the criteria of readiness and completeness

more than 1 year of experience in IT projects, user support or related roles or related military/civilian experience in IT, automation, digitalization
understanding of the principles of operation and life cycle of IT products
the ability to structure the needs of users in technical tasks
experience in participating in functional testing and performing test cases
clear description of errors and incidents
developed communication skills
higher education (IT, cybersecurity, automation, communications) is desirable
Experience Product Owner / Implementation / Support / SysAdmin
Understanding Agile / Scrum / Kanban
use of Jira, Confluence or analogues
work in M365 (administration or advanced user)
basic understanding of APIs, databases, network principles
related military experience in automation, communication will be an advantage
