Responsibilities
- maintenance of military communications equipment
- control of their work
- monitoring the quality of signal transmission between communication points
- finding out the causes and troubleshooting of devices and lines of military communication
- design and creation of new telecommunication or radio communication schemes
- organization of work of mobile and portable military communication stations
- restoration of means and methods of communication in zones of military operations, consequences of natural disasters, accidents
- encryption of military messages
- interception of enemy information
- sabotage works to damage the communication channels of enemy units
Requirements
- specialized education or special training
- excellent knowledge of all types and the way of organizing military communications (including its encryption)
- understanding of the basics of electromechanics, electrical engineering, Internet technologies, as well as telecommunication and radio communications
- skills in performing special installation and repair work
- ability to properly use the necessary equipment designed to control various means of communication
- ability to quickly perceive and remember information
- responsibility, attentiveness and self-discipline
- a clear diction
