Responsibilities

setting up and monitoring of IP telephony network facilities
implementation of measures to protect the information of the open telephony service
control over the detection of attempts of unauthorized access to open telephony services, cybersecurity incidents and promptly ensure the implementation of measures to prevent, detect and stop them
organization of laying and maintenance of cable communication lines of the military unit
technical maintenance of communication facilities

the rank of officer
basic understanding of protocols: SIP, RTP, RTCP, SRTP, SDP
understanding of the principles of building IP telephony networks
experience with Asterisk, Cisco, Yeastar, Grandstream or VoIP gateways will be an advantage
encryption settings (TLS/SRTP) and fraud protection (SIP-flooding, brute-force) will be an advantage
basic understanding of the principles of construction of fiber-optic communication lines
skills of working with switching and distribution equipment of communication means
attention to detail and analytical mind
Ability to quickly find and troubleshoot problems in real time
desire to learn and develop
