Responsibilities
- development and improvement of robot control algorithms
- work with sensors, actuators and ROS
- modeling and simulation of dynamic systems
- Reinforcement Learning for Adaptive Management
Requirements
- thorough mathematical knowledge
- experience with PID controllers
- experience in modeling dynamical systems (e.g. in MATLAB/Simulink)
- experience with neural networks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- experience with hardware (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, STM32)
- programming experience: Python, C++ (required), ROS (Robot Operating System)
- experience with libraries: OpenAI Gym, Stable Baselines, RLlib
- knowledge of the basics of RL: agent, environment, reward, policy, algorithms: Q-learning, DDPG, PPO, SAC
- simulation skills (Gazebo, Webots, PyBullet)
- knowledge of computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, SLAM)
- knowledge of real-time systems (RTOS)
- experience in using RL in robot control tasks
