Network Services Engineer

Responsibilities

construction, configuration and support of network infrastructure of any complexity (Cisco equipment, MikroTik, etc.)
organization and optimization of routing, configuration of VLAN, NAT, DNS/DHCP
construction and maintenance of secure VPN tunnels (IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard) between remote points
administration and security of network perimeter (Firewall/ACL)
maintenance of physical server equipment and data storage systems (NAS/SAN)
deployment and administration of Linux-based server operating systems (Debian, Ubuntu, etc.)
work with virtualization platforms (Proxmox VE, VMware ESXi, KVM, Harvester)
support for containerized environment (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes/K3s)
automation of service deployment and configuration processes (Ansible, Terraform/IaC, Git)
configuration and support of web servers and balancers (Nginx, HAProxy, Traefik)
deployment and administration of monitoring and log collection systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack)
basic administration and support of DBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
construction and support of IP telephony based on Asterisk / FreePBX
ensuring regular backup (Backup & Recovery) and the stability of services

higher education in IT, telecommunications or cybersecurity
availability of officer rank
high level of self-discipline, responsibility, resilience to stressful situations and analytical thinking
thorough knowledge of the TCP/IP stack
experience in Cisco equipment administration, MikroTik
understanding the principles of routing, VLAN, VPN tunneling
confident Linux administration skills (CLI, bash/shell scripting, network services)
