Responsibilities

organization, control and direct assembly of UAVs of varying complexity to perform specific combat or reconnaissance tasks
conducting pre-flight preparation, setting up control systems, calibration of sensors, checking the payload
installation, testing and updating of software, urgent error correction
detection, prompt elimination of breakdowns in the design, electronics or software of drones
search for new technical solutions, rapid introduction of innovations into the production cycle for the real tasks of the unit

age from 18 years
fitness for service for health and moral qualities
good physical form
experience in assembly, configuration, modernization of unmanned aerial vehicles of various types
knowledge of the design, principles of operation and interaction of the main units of the UAV (electronics, power plant, control systems, radio communications, payload)
experience with manual and power tools (soldering, installation, testing in the field)
skills of firmware, installation, updating, calibration of on-board equipment, use of specialized software
ability to work in a team, stress resistance, commitment to innovation and process optimization
readiness to work in combat areas (after appropriate training and coordination)
motivation, desire to learn and improve skills
ability to work in a team
absence of drug, alcohol and gambling addictions
secondary/higher education (technical education will be an advantage)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
