Aircraft Design Engineer

Responsibilities

development and design of aircraft, assembly and testing of drone frames and mechanical parts
design and optimization of propellers for different types of drones
configuration and configuration of Betaflight/INAV/Ardupilot/PX4 systems (all or any of the above) to ensure stable flight
piloting drones in FPV mode for testing and configuration
soldering and installation of electronic components
setting up flight controllers, speed controllers and gimbals to ensure optimal drone operation

3D modeling skills in Solidworks (details, builds)
CD design skills (drawings, specifications, instructions)
knowledge in aircraft/UAV construction
knowledge in the field of materials and technology of manufacturing parts for UAVs (mechanical processing, 3D printing, composites, etc.)
ability to perform calculations on structural strength, aerodynamics
readiness to assemble test structures by hand
the ability to independently lead a project from an idea to author's supervision (solving technical issues during production, making changes to the CD)
experience in aircraft modeling will be an advantage
piloting skills fpv quadcopter, radio controlled aircraft will be an advantage
soldering ability will be an advantage
⁠knowledge in the field of electronics and radio electronics will be an advantage
⁠the ability to configure the flight controller of the drone will be an advantage
