Responsibilities

coordination and conduct of classes in combat/tactical/engineering training/tactical medicine in accordance with curricula and standards
coordination and control of the training process of military personnel
conducting field practical classes in tactics, shooting, physical training, tactical medicine and other military disciplines
training fighters techniques and rules of combat
assessment of knowledge, skills and abilities of servicemen, development and implementation of measures to improve their professional level
ensuring compliance with discipline and safety rules during classes
continuous improvement of their skills and abilities, development in the chosen direction

availability of combat experience
knowledge of the actions of units at the level of groups, departments and higher
fitness for military service due to health and psychological qualities
willingness to constantly learn and develop
high communication skills
physical and moral endurance
experience with UAVs will be an advantage
experience of instructor work from 1 year according to the profile will be an advantage
ability to organize work, internal discipline

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
financial support depending on previous length of service, assigned tasks and place of service
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
