Responsibilities
- conducting theoretical and practical classes in tactical medicine according to the protocols TCCC (ASM, CLS, CMC) for cadets of BZVP and combat medics of units
- training of cadets of the MARCH/PAWS algorithm: stopping critical bleeding (tourniquets, tamponade), restoring airway patency, closing chest wounds, combating hypothermia, etc.
- organization and conduct of simulation training in the most realistic conditions (night time, limited space, under fire, evacuation from equipment and trenches)
- practicing the skills of evacuation of the wounded (Care Under Fire, Tactical Field Care, Tactical Evacuation Care) and working with different types of stretchers and moving techniques
- control of the use, proper completeness and maintenance of first aid kits (IFAK), medical backpacks and training equipment
- constant updating of training materials in accordance with current CoTCCC recommendations and real front-line experience
Requirements
- military rank: sergeant or rank-and-file personnel with combat experience and the prospect of obtaining a sergeant rank
- training: certified TCCC instructor (ASM / CLS / CMC) or civil / military medical education (medical assistant, nurse / nurse, doctor) with appropriate courses
- real combat experience (participation in hostilities) and / or experience of evacuation of the wounded from 6 months
- perfect knowledge of TCCC/CoTCCC protocols and modern means of providing pre-medical care
- understanding the specifics of combat injuries and the rules for their primary treatment
- ability to clearly communicate the material, endurance, exactingness to detail, psychological stability and pedagogical skills
