Responsibilities

training of personnel on the operation, combat use and maintenance of FPV unmanned aerial systems
preparation of training materials, planning missions and flight routes
participation in the organization of educational processes, ensuring compliance with discipline and safety rules
assessment of knowledge, skills and abilities of personnel, development and implementation of measures to improve their professional level
implementation and monitoring of compliance with the daily routine
organization of execution of tasks determined by the commander of the unit

confident control of FPV drone and experience in using FPV drones in the combat zone for at least 1 year
knowledge of the basics of navigation, construction of FPV drones, principles of operation of video transmitters, cameras, antennas, batteries, flight processors (Betaflight, iNav)
knowledge of the basics of electronic warfare and counteraction to electronic warfare, the procedure for preparing and conducting combat missions as part of the crew
knowledge of the rules of safe operation of FPV drones, skills in assembling, configuring, testing FPV drones
skills of conducting training, briefings, briefings
ability to assess the level of training of operators desired
experience with Betaflight, BLHeli programs
discipline, attentiveness, responsibility, stress resistance, analytical thinking
ability to teach and work with cadets
