Responsibilities
- planning, organization and conducting of complex combat coordination of units (divisions, platoons, companies/tactical groups)
- training unit commanders in decision-making according to military standards (TLP / MDMP), situation assessment, setting combat tasks and giving given orders
- organization and conduct of tactical and special exercises, company / platoon tactical exercises with and without live fire (LFX)
- modeling of realistic combat scenarios with the involvement of aerial reconnaissance (UAV), EW / REE, artillery and engineering units
- AAR (After Action Review) after each stage of training to identify system errors and their prompt elimination
- control over compliance with security measures during training and combat missions and shooting
- participation in the development and adjustment of educational and methodological programs in accordance with changes in the tactics of the enemy and modern experience of the front
Requirements
- officers (junior lieutenant, lieutenant, senior lieutenant, captain)
- higher military education or higher civil education with the passage of the military department / courses of military training (L-1/L-2, VOS of the corresponding direction)
- real combat experience (participation in hostilities) and experience in managing a unit (from the level of " platoon / company commander")
- deep understanding of the tactics of using units in various types of combat (defense, offensive, counter-battle, actions in urban areas and forest belts)
- knowledge of the principles of network-centric warfare, the use of situational awareness systems (Kropyva, Delta, etc.) and UAV/EW facilities at the unit level
- ability to systematically analyze unit errors, conduct high-quality AAR, mastery of teaching methods and high leadership qualities
