Responsibilities
- conducting training sessions with personnel
- preparation of programs and training plans
- practicing practical skills (tactics, fire training, medicine, etc.)
- assessment of the level of training of military personnel
- participation in the preparation of units for combat missions
- implementation of modern teaching methods
Requirements
- sergeant rank or combat experience - preferably
- the presence of UBD
- Ability to teach and work with people
- high level of discipline and responsibility
- communication skills and leadership qualities
- Readiness for contract service/transfer Army+
- fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission
