Responsibilities

conducting practical classes with students of courses (classes) at a high theoretical and methodological level
continuous improvement of their special and methodological skills
support of the fixed educational and material base and training places in constant readiness for classes
updating the current models of the material and technical base of courses (lessons) in accordance with the current development of trends in military operations
study and implementation of best practices in conducting classes, making proposals for improving the forms and methods of teaching and material and technical base
observance of pedagogical ethics and morality, respect for military specialists, promotion of their cultural and physical development
study and active implementation in the process of training and education of students of the experience acquired during the conduct of hostilities (studying the analysis of combat operations of other units of the Defense Forces), advanced pedagogical experience
implementation at a high professional level of educational and methodological work, ensuring high efficiency of the pedagogical process
objective assessment of the knowledge and skills of the personnel of students, promoting the development of their independence, reasonable initiative, creative abilities in the process of mastering educational disciplines
active participation in improving the educational and material base of the unit and inventive and rationalization work

experience of service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other law enforcement agencies
mandatory presence of real combat experience (assault, defense, ambush, etc.)
excellent knowledge of basic combined arms disciplines, safety in handling weapons, techniques and shooting techniques
excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate information clearly and teach others
the presence of an instructor certificate will be an advantage

contract service (for those who have retired from military service)
possibility of transfer for active military personnel (assistance is provided when moving from your military unit)
cash allowance from UAH 25,000, depending on the conditions of service and the intensity of training tasks
possibility of service for servicemen with combat experience who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
