Combat Training Instructor

Responsibilities

assessment of knowledge, skills and abilities of servicemen, development and implementation of measures to improve their professional level
ensuring the process of military training and training of servicemen in accordance with the requirements of training programs and standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
conducting training sessions on tactics, shooting, physical training and other military disciplines
coordination and control of military training processes, ensuring compliance with discipline and safety rules
ensuring compliance with security measures during training activities
execution of orders and instructions of commanders within the official duties
coordination and conducting classes on basic combined arms training
training fighters techniques and rules of combat

combat experience / instructor certificate / experience in teaching / briefing / collective training of specialists will be an advantage
the post of sergeant
fitness for military service due to health and moral qualities
motivation in serving the Ukrainian people and protecting the sovereignty of the state
ability to work in stressful situations and make quick decisions
availability of an instructor certificate, combat experience or experience in teaching combat disciplines

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
full material support
qualified training in the training center and possible passage of international military exercises
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
